Abstract:
The current evolution of computer systems leads to more and more automated tasks, thus moving away the control and monitoring blocks to remote posts. Such an installation requires both material and human cost. The recent development of the Powerline Communication technology and its public release open a new path to transport some information without having to install heavy electronics in certain places. Our project at the ESIEE is centered around this technology. In this project, we have developed a system of remote measurements of the temperature and level of a fluid contained in a bathtub.
